ADMINISTRATIVE PLANS - RPS/2004/1602

This specification provides to officers of the Department of Natural Resources & Mines the requirements for the preparation of Administrative Plans (AP). Constructing Authorities may use Administrative Plans for the preparation of plans that address native title rights and interests in dealing with Unallocated State Land or Section 24KA Native Title Act (Commonwealth) 1993. The specification also provides requirements for the preparation of Tree Clearing Permit (TCP) Plans under the Land Act 1994 or Development Permit (DP) Plans under the Integrated Planning Act 1997.
