WM - 603 Compliance related duties and responsibilities of Category 1 Authorised Officers under the Water Act 2000 - WAM/2003/1209
This work practice is designed to provide some guidance to those officers, who may not generally become involved in investigative activities, as to how to deal with a possible non-compliance event in a way that is commensurate with the department's compliance strategies generally. Applying this work practice will help ensure effective and consistent compliance response for issues under the Water Act 2000.
