Mandatory Standard Terms Document
Mandatory standard terms document have been registered in the Queensland Land Registry and contain the particular requirements of the Department for the following:
- Trustee leases - dealing No. 711932933 - approved on 17 September 2008 by the duly authorised delegate of the Minister administering the Land Act 1994
- Sublease - dealing No. 713040803 - approved on 3 February 2010 by the duly authorised delegate of the Minister administering the Land Act 1994
A copy of the mandatory standard terms document is available from the Queensland Land Registry by:
- visiting a DNRM business centre
- telephoning the Titles Registry customer enquiry service. An EFTPOS card or credit card is required and an additional fee applies for sending the search.
You can also obtain a search via the internet from a public access provider approved by the department.
