Application forms

Under the Land Act 1994, you must make all changes to land dealings on relevant application forms and forward them to Department of Natural Resources and Mines (DNRM) for processing.

Any form you do not complete accurately may be returned to you with a request for more information. To ensure this does not happen:

Fees for applications made under the Land Act 1994 have been revised as part of a review of the Land Regulation 1995.  For additional information refer to schedule 11 of the Regulation (PDF)*.

A notice of appeal against a decision or application for a stay must be forwarded to:
